Diamond Realty was founded by Noah Beachy in 2000, and is now owned by Larry Konechny and Garry Konechny. Our specialty is selling properties in San Ignacio town and the Cayo District. However, throughout the past years we have sold Belize real estate and land from all over Belize. Diamond Realty will prepare speedy Conveyances, Title Search and Property Descriptions. Larry Konechny is from Canada. Owner of a successful environmental business in Canada, he retired at 50, purchased Belize property in 2007, and fell in love with Belize. Two years later, he decided to move to his new home, Belize. He loves scuba diving and traveling. He is here to stay and is giving his best in Diamond Realty.
