Diamond Realty was founded by Noah Beachy in 2000, and is now owned by Larry Konechny, Frank Tull, and Garry Konechny. Our specialty is selling properties in San Ignacio town and the Cayo District. However, throughout the past years we have sold Belize property and land from all over Belize. Diamond Realty will prepare speedy Conveyances, Title Search and Property Descriptions. Owner of a successful environmental business in Canada, he retired at 50, purchased Belize property in 2007, and fell in love with Belize. Two years later, he decided to move to his new home, Belize. He loves scuba diving and traveling. He is here to stay and is giving his best in Diamond Realty. Garry Konechny represents Diamond Realty in Canada. Frank Tull is a Belize Real Estate specialist, he does architectural consulting, and newspaper publishing. Frank came to Belize in 1980. He made many trips to Belize in the 1980’s and made it his permanent home in 1995. Having travelled all over Belize, he settled in the Cayo District for it's the edge of the Maya mountain. |
